Yesterday I had the Z5 in my pocket and it turned itself on (double tap to wake) and it got the wrong PIN. A message popped up, telling me that the unlock failed and I have to enter the word "SONY" to continue. After doing so, I can enter the right PIN or use a fingerprint to unlock the Z5.
Now, each time I restart the device I get the same message, and sometimes when I want to unlock the Z5. Is there a solution to this problem?

Hi,
That sounds strange. You should only get this popup if you enter wrong PIN too many times. It's a feature we've added to prevent accidental wipe of data when you have an Exchange Account that enforces this.
Could you try to remove the account you have that enforces wipe under Settings -> Accounts, restart the phone and then add the account back again and let me know if that helps?
have you tried changing your pin>? or re -register your fingerprints?
Thank you for your reply.
Changing the PIN and fingerprints did not help, the message is still popping up.

Thank you very much, that worked.
Glad to hear that
