It will be wise to perform a factory reset
It is very unlikely to be caused by weak signal. If I had the guess I would say a software issue or a hardware issue such as lose cable for the display.

OK, so I tested it more without doing a factory reset, it is not doing because of weak GSM signal. It´s because of the mobile data connection. When my phone has HSDPA connectivity everything is allright. As soon as I have a weaker EDGE connectivity, phones screen starts flickering. Looks like hirizontal wave line flicker like you can see on older monitors. I´ve tried it in place where you can get EDGE only, I turned mobile data on/off. When off, display was OK. When on (EDGE) screen started immediately flickering.
Any thoughts? Couldn´t it be a hardware problem?
That certainly is odd, I would advise trying the software repair as advised by Uliwooly in this case.
