Z2 wont boot up

Phone won't boot up stuck on loop gets past the android powered writing then it's just stuck after a while restarts and does same over and over. Any help pls

Sorry to hear about this 

Can you remove the SIM card and (if you have one) SD card from your handset then attempt to turn it on as normal?
