i bought xperia Z2 from 5 month ago and it has tent and bad color in the screen and extra heating and another stufff, so the customer service for sony at al khobar,saudi arabia(.Modern Electronics Co. Ltd., Khobar-Dammam Highway Al Bawardi Bldg Al Khobar) they replaced my old phone with new Or refurnished one i don"t know because they did not want to give me the original new box and replaced with the old one, because if i wanna to sell it i cannot because all shops told me it is steal phone because the serial No of the phone different than the serial on the new box. and in sony service center they told me we don"t have the new bow for the new mobile , for this reason i SAY IT IS REFURBISHED PHONE NOT NEW, YOU ARE A BIG LIARS.
I WILL GO TO COURT TO TAKE MY RIGHT FROM SONY SERVICE CENTER AT SAUDI ARABIA ( .Modern Electronics Co. Ltd., Khobar-Dammam Highway Al Bawardi Bldg Al Khobar) IF THEY DO NOT GIVE ME THE NEW PHONE WITH ORIGINAL BOX

Just something to add...
I preordered a Z3 in october, i already posted the "shipping problem" and how sony refused to take responsability, so i ended with a cracked brand new phone.
Anyway, in order to get my Z3 working for the fist time, I contacted warranty support asking for a non-free repair, that was over a month ago (january 21) and still no answer from sony, at first I got in touch with a support agent via mail and chat, and now they just keep ignoring me, I guess SONY is punishing me for complaining for their TERRIBLE sales department.
Is there any way to get someone's attention at SONY, maybe a supervisor in charge of operations or service down here in Mexico?
It is the worst customer service I've ever encountered, never had a problem with SONY by buying from retailers, but directly...
I will never deal with Sony again after this rubbish mobile and completely rubbish customer services exerience. They dont reply to emails, they dont return your calls and they dont - or rather WON'T resolve things to keep the customer happy. In such a competitive industry I am so surprised that Sony are so SOOOO unwilling to be more helpful. Apparently they have a backlog of emails - 2 weeks mine was sent!!!!! Is that because everyone is complaining at what a rubbish company you are!!!!!!
