Android Device Manager Phone cant be located

Good morning,

my Problem is as I wrote it in the Subject that my Sony Xperia Z1 can't be located by the Android Device Manager. I already looked up the Google Settings and the Remote Control is on, also I activated the Manager as an Administrator and GPS is turned on of course.

I can locate my girlfriends Z1 Compact and my Z but I can't locate the Z1 from any other Phone.

Thanks for answers

Do you have stamina mode on or any antivirus or taskillers?

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

Before repairing your device you may want to backup your information first. Check out this topic for more information on how to.
