I have 2 Xperia Z screen, one with a cracked screen and non functional touch, and the other with a good screen and a few other issues, the question is can the good screen be removed and placed on the other device withouth being broken during the removal process?

I would leave the screen where it is but replace what I call the guts ie: Board and other items - Assuming the frame of the other device is serviceable then the swap is easy - But it would be much harder to replace the screen and requires more time and a more delicate touch
I would not recommend that you try to repair this yourself. Contact your local Xperia Support for information on your closest repair center instead. You can find the contact information below.
Thanks for your fast reply, actually asked the local support center and they said they can not provide this service (Removing the screen from an old device and placing it in another device), i was going to have a third party service center do this, but my question was about the possibility of this operation, will they be able to remove the screen without cracking it, or it is physically impossible because of the strong adhesive material that is holding the srceen to the device?
Well, I'd say it's because they can't guarantee full functionality with the other display your'e providing so I'd still recommend for you to leave the phone to them and let them put on a new display to get the phone working again.
I've replaced the screen of a Xperia Z few months ago, it's easy, even if you don't have a heat gun, you can use a hairdryer, but it takes a LOT longer, make sure to buy both double sided adhesive tapes, one for the front screen and one for the back panel. Removing the back panel it's easier, the front LCD will take a LOT longer, again, take your time and reheat little by little, having an exacto knife around will help.
