XZ2 USB OTG Support in Android 9

After android pie update otg does not work. I tried to connect kingston usb stick that has c connector on the other side but i can not see it. Is there any solution?

Go to Settings -> Device connection -> Connection preferences -> USB connectivity -> Restart USB device auto-detection.

Also, read the information on the same page, and make sure your USB port has no moisture.

Restart USB device auto-detection are greyed out for me. I am not able to restart that. My phone does not recognize connection to computer. It respons when connecting to a charger, but does not charge.
