Xperia xz external speaker very quiet

Seit 2 Monaten ist die Audio Ausgabe auf meinem Lautsprecher philips bt6000 nur noch sehr leise bei voll aufgedrehtem Lautstärke regler. Mit anderen Smartphones funktioniert die Box einwandfrei. Woran kann es liegen? Kopfhörer funktioniert einwandfrei. Danke für eure Unterstützung! 

For 2 months, the audio output on my Philips bt6000 speaker is only very quiet with the volume control turned up completely. With other smartphones the box works perfectly. What could be the problem? Headphones are working properly. Thank you for your support!

Wenn ich die Lautsprecher Box mit Kabel mit dem Smartphone verbinde, ist der Ton genauso leise. Dann liegt es wohl an der Kopfhörer Buchse!? 

If I connect the speaker box with cable with the smartphone, the sound is just as quiet. Then it's probably the headphone jack !?
