What should I be worried about when I get my cracked screen changed?

Recently my XZs's screen fell to a concrete ground and cracked its screen. I'm getting the screen changed by a local Sony store. 

- Is there any chance that they're gonna replace the cracked screen with a cheaper kind of glass?

- Is the new screen going to be less sensitive than it was before?
