Are you using a case with your device that you have a bus or bank card in? There is a NFC sensor on the back of the device that will try to read these cards and you will see a message on the screen saying that they are no application that supports this tag. If that is the case, you can either remove the case or turn off the NFC function (you can turn this on later on if you need to use to pair, for example, a Bluetooth accessory).
To turn it off, go to Settings > Device connection > NFC.
