Theme change issue

Hi all,

I am facing one issue for my xperia xz2. That i cant change the themes for my mobile. Even i try to change using xperia assistan and it crash.. Any one facing same issue or have any solution please let me.

To better assist you, how are you trying to change the theme?

1. Touch and hold an empty area on  Home screen until the device vibrates.
2. Tap Themes.
3. Selected an option: To use an existing theme, selected the theme, then tap APPLY THEME.
4. But there is no theme is showing and i have downloaded so many.

Are you able to use the preloaded Themes? maybe the new themes aren't compatible with your device

No i cant use even preloaded themes.

That's quite odd, what if you boot in >>> safe mode

A same issue in safe mode also

Any one know how to solve this issue.

Since the last Themes App update, all of the pre-installed themes disappeared on my XZ2 Compact. When downloading new ones, I'm only able to set the theme's wallpaper (Live Wallpapers) but can't apply the theme itself.

I have the xperia XZ2 (not compact nor prremium) and Im facing the same problem. 😕
