System UI and Do Not Disturb and 8.0

Hi! 

When I activated the dnd on volume buttons,  the dialog doesn't show the bottom of frame. Eg on/off button just barely shows.

Worked perfectly on rel 7

My do not disturb only shows up when I call someone the - symbal shows. Why and how can I fix it  please on Android
