Today I had to update the Android software on my 10-days old (new ;)) telephone. Since the update the Smart Lock option doesn't work anymore. When I tried to figure out what was wrong I discovered that the Smart Lock screen is empty. The options I saw before are gone. So I cannot set Smart Lock anymore. Am I the only one with this problem? Does any of you know how I can fix this?
Why isn't Sony responding to this problem? Almost 4 months and not a word from the support department..... I'm sorry to say this but this is a big fail @Sony
The smart lock issue is getting more and more interesting. When I bought my ZX1 compact it didn't take much time to find out that it is not working. So it was with pleasure that I noticed that when I updated Android on the 23 Feburary it was back... I thought only to discover that it now two days later is gone again worked all day yesterday and then today gone. Back to the old state. Any way out of this? Not it is a major problem the finger scanner is fine but not 100% successrate in first go so it would be fantastic with a functional smart lock.
I havealso the same problem. The Smart Lock screen is disappear within a few hours after restarting . We need a permanent fix. I have also a problem to stream mp3 through Bluethooth.
