I was just wondering if any other has had the same problem that I've been struggling with. After the newest system update (or whatever) the screen brightness doesn't remain the level I have set it on. I have the adaptive brightness setting off but still in different situations the brightness is way too high and I have to manually set it lower again (though there are no problem with the cursor. It stays where I have set it on and by tapping the cursor the screen brightness drops to right level). Too high brightness level eats my battery commonly too fast. Thanks!
A little late reply, but have you tried to restore your screen settings as if your phone just came out the box,? And then just run of adeptive brightness... See if it works.
Yes, I have a similar problem where it keeps lowering itself to 0, I turn it back up but it soon works itself back down. Starting to annoy me a little bit.
