So recently I got a notification about an available update. Worst mistake ever.
Since doing the update my phone is only booting in safe mode.
I've reset. I've factory reset. I've used companion to update/repair. Same issues.
I'm at the end with ideas.
Anyone know what it could be?
Cheers
Austin.

@Tinmanman I think the volume button is defect so you should contact your Local support to book a repair.

@Tinmanman can you boot the phone in safe mode and check if volume down button works? If the button is always seen as pressed, then your device will boot in safe mode.

No, volume down does not want to work. However, even when I try to force recovery mode, I get a flicker and no BIOS to try that way.
It's really frustrating me.
