After the recent update, 11/02/2018, i reset my phone the day after and can not pass the initial log in screen. I am certain of my pin as i still use it regularly despite the thumbprint on my XZ Premium.
The phone doesn't go into full load up or even allow me to boot up in safe mode from what i've tried.
I've tried the companion but that isn't working/of any help as it advises there is an error when trying a system repair.
I'm running our of attempts before the entire phone is wiped as well!
Can anyone help?
