I have started already an issue with Google about this and they suggested i ask here as you use a customised version of their OS.

Notifications don't show the correct time, until the nearest minute is up. It seems to update every minute rather than real-time. Most of the time i don't have time to wait for the times to update as i'll only turn on my phone for a few seconds to check emails and messages. Thus seeing notifications as "now" or "1m" ago, rather than "39m" ago or "2h" ago is very frustrating.
