New Xperia XZ ear speaker not working

I just got a new Xperia XZ and my ear speaker is not working 

I tried in safe mode still not working 

Tried the tests also not working 

I inserted headphones and played music they worked pretty good but when I got them out still the ear speaker didn't work 

Please HELP

Is it not connecting? Or is it connecting but not giving you any sound? Could you elaborate the issue a little more please?
