my files not showing on phone internal storage

hi,

My files do not appear in the phone's internal memory while my files occupy the capacity of the phone.When I connect to the pc, they will not show up .while they were shown yesterday.

I did not install the new app.

It's the same in safe mode.

The music library does not recognize a file.

seems My files in the internal memory Have disappeared.There are (because they occupy the capacity) but Have disappeared.

I also ticked the show hidden but did not show.

please help me.

Which app are you using to accesss the internal storage and files? 

which type of files are you trying to find?

solid explorer,instagarm,facebooke,camera,quickpic And similar examples of this.I have not installed a malicious app. I installed it from an official store.Suddenly arose.

All my files (including apk, music, picture, video, etc.). Even the game data is angry birds.

That's all 3 gigabytes, and I have the same amount of occupied memory.That means the total internal memory is 50.97 gigabytes and my available memory is 47.75 gigabytes.

There are 3 gigabytes of file but not shown. No other file is currently available on the internal storage of 3 gigabytes.

If you don't have root access you won't be able to access the apps.
