Very Slow Charging Time

Hello, I bought the XZ1 a few days ago.

I can’t find much information about charging time with regards to this phone, so, I was wondering if people could help me out here.

Basically, when charging the phone with the charger that came with the phone, I charged the phone fully the first few times, and after that I top it up here and there with a charge, but it’s taking considerably longer than I thought it would.

Examples: According to AccuBattery
+20% took 49 minutes (22/Nov/ 08:22)
+13% took 33 minutes (22/Nov/ 14.27)
+32% took 1 hour 1 minute 23/Nov 16.24)

These charge times are with the phone screen off, and mostly with mobile data turned off.
I’ve tried turning off Battery Care and that made no difference. I’ve tried using a charger that supports quick charge 3.0 which resulted in no difference.

Could this possibly be a phone issue? or is this just normal for the phone? Any help is appreciated.

have you tried charging other cellphones with the same charger with and without the same cable?

That's not normal. I can get 5 percent in a few minutes when my phone is very low. It goes slower when the battery passed certain amount of charge. But generally I get 50 within two hours

Same problem has now happening with my xz1, earlier it was working ok. What will be the cause.
