Location icon and xperia loops theme

Good morning all friends, hope you are all fine

I am using XZ1 since last month, it is a great mobile.

I'm facing two annoying issues although my mobile is updated. Sometimes GPS icon remains active even the location service is switched off.

The second issue, that the wallpaper in lockscreen and homescreen changes by itself which annoys me.

Can any one help?

As for the lockscreen picture, that's normal to change to whatever app you are running, like album art while playing music.

For the theme, as i said before, i am not using the live wallpapers, so changing the wallpaper to another static image is something weird ..
