Why does the phone default back to 15 seconds of inactivity to lock screen. I've tried to reset to 1 mom, and this is the 2nd or 3rd Sony handset that has done this.

Hi @Lucas80, I am sorry to hear about the behaviour that you are experiencing.

This is not a common occurence, but since it has happened across three of your devices - could it be that you have set up a device administrator that reverts it back? A common device administrator that can change this type of setting is an Exchange ActiveSync account - do you perhaps have such an account from your work?

You can review your device administrators under Settings > Lock screen & security > Advanced > Device admin apps. Clicking a device administrator here will reveal what they have access too - please see if one is related to the lock screen.
