How to remove Bloatware?
This phone has come with loads of Bloatware which i do not use. If it was Google or Sony apps it is understandable that they are there but why do i have to live with Facebook, Spotify , AVG Antivirus and Amazon apps? There isnt even an option to Uninstall them. And with Sony disabling double tap to wake, Ambient Display (or something similiar) this feels like 2010 all over again.

You can do it with adb.
Search XDA how to do it.

I've edited your posts as profanity it is NOT tolerated, next time your posts will be removed.
As for bloatware, Sony is the OEM with less bloatware, other than Google devices/pixel/nexus.

Still it was Sony that put the app on the phone and removed the option to uninstall it! If Sony could do that, i doubt that they would not have had a hand in the app development or optimization

If you disable AVG, you're left with an inactive 73 kb stub that appears nowhere except on the Settings app list, so perhaps that's good enough, unless you really want to rid the phone of all traces of the app.
