As stated, when the phone reachs low battery (30%), it sounds off loudy.
Anyway to disable it?
Thank you for raising your concern and opinion regarding this, I'll make sure to forward it internally as user feedback!
@Paulxs
Hi Emir,
I have an Xperia Z5 and I quite like it, but like others I am really frustrated with the 30% low battery warning - I think it's a great idea and it prompts me to charge my phone without forgetting and waking up with a dead phone - but what annoys me is that the volume for this specific notification doesn't seem to have a control anywhere? My phone only has 3 volume controls in the settings - media, alarms and ring volume. This 30% notification goes off at MAX volume no matter what any of my settings are at! Its so loud sometimes it makes me jump! I don't want to silence it, as it defeats the point in the notification but please link it to the ring volume or something! Every time my phone updates I hope that it gets fixed, but so far no luck.

That's strange. Mine goes off at 15% and it's a low volume noise.
Lucky! Mine gives me notifications at both 30% and 15%. The 15% one is at normal volume, but for some reason the 30% one is incredibly loud. I don't mind the actual notifications, and I do want to hear them but why is it not linked to a volume control somewhere? If it was just the same volume as every other notification I get, I'd be happy!
Hi @Jacob2017, at the time I'm writing this I do not have an Xperia Z5 close to the 30% battery level (of course I'd be happy to test this out for you when I got an available device near the battery level), but is the volume not affected by the general ring volume which you set with your physical volume buttons on the side of the device? Try setting this volume as low as possible while still not being in vibration mode and see if you experience a more quiet signal.
Let me know how it went and I'll look in to it for you if it still does not help!
So will I!! And I love my Sony.
Like many, i've found my way here in desperation, not being able to adjust the volume of the battery warnings. I can reiterate all the other messages above, but my battery is dying and you get the drift Sony. This sound is disturbing and has me jump out of my skin. Why are you not answering the questions posed or fixing this. My tolerance is declining.
As someone else has said, they still need to get sounds for messages. But if the 30% alarm sounds, we are disrupted.
I thought you had the golden answer here, but I can't find 'peaking' to disable, nor follow your instructions to ˝app System UI”...
I better be patient with Sony I guess, but ive spent much time looking into this.
