There is a difference between performing a factory reset and doing a software repair.
When performing a factory reset the Android software will be left untouched, only data on the internal storage will be removed, such as installed applications, contacts and so forth.
When you do a software repair the internal storage will be wiped and the latest available software will be reinstalled in the phone.
In your case I would recommend a software repair before contacting your local support team to arrange a repair.
Let me know how it works after the software repair!
Hi again!
I'm so sorry for the late reply.
This is being looked in to and I will update you as soon as I have received more information.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Hello again!
In that case I'd recommend that you get in touch with your Local support team and they will gladly assist you with having the phone sent in to an authorized service centre so a trained technician can examine your phone.
If you have any questions regarding warranty, service times, service routines and so forth they will help you with this as well since this differ between markets!
I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi @Mohammedattia1985, sorry to hear about this.
Has any of the previous troubleshooting that I posted in this thread helped? If you haven't tried any of it, please do and let me know how it goes!
