Bought phone in July. Has been working well, suddenly today the phone charging has slowed to completely unacceptable levels. Still using original usb and charger that came with phone.
When I plug it in to charge and have screen on, battery does not increase in charge. When plugged in and not in use, takes 4-5 minutes for 1% increase in charge. Have tried to use other USB plugs, different outlets as well as battery power bank. All giving same slow charge.
Have restarted phone multiple times, no change.
Help!
