If you are referring to the clock you can see when you open the clock application, either in the app drawer or by tapping a clock widget there is no settings to change this to an analogue clock. You can however add a analog clock widget to you home screen and lock screen.

To add a clock widget to you home screen, tap an empty space on your home screen, then tap widgets and find Clocks. Press and hold on the clock you want and drag it to your desired location on your home screen.

If you want a analog clock on your lock screen you press and hold on the current clock, then swipe sideways until you get to analogue clock. Note that only the analogue clock on your lock screen will have a seconds hand.
