Camera app

Buyed xz1c last weekend. Has used insta and snap as camera,

but when i should Try camera app its asking "use locations in pic/vids" yes/no and Next how to use/change between camera mods. Like normal first start up but its going in loop between asking location/ how to use!

Updated to 47.1.A.5.51 and still same problem.

Any solutions?

Welcome tot he community!

Sorry to hear you are having this issue with your new device 

Can you try the following, go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > App Info

From here select the Camera app, then select Storage > Clear Data > OK

Once you have done the above restart your phone and try the camera again. You will get the same prompts to allow permissions for the camera app but it should end the loop you are in.

Thanks for confirming that, have you tried anything else at all?

Have you tested the phone in safe mode? If not can you give that a go and see if it sends you in the same loop.

can you try to clear camera app cache.

settings>apps>shoe system>camera app> storage> clear data

restart your device

@ChloeS @nolramlb testet all these solutions in normal and safemode and still its going in loop😨
