Adjustable/custom brightness starts automatically

The brightness of the mobile changes all the time. When I turn the adjustable brightness off the mobile starts it by itself again....

What can I do?

I wonder if a third party app it's causing this, boot in >>> safe mode for few hours, see if you experience the same issue.
