Hi guys, I have a big problem, when I record in 4K, I have a Bad quality it seems to be 480p not 4K

Seems to be not focusing correctly, and quite a bit of motion blur.
Try in better light and hold it still enough to focus in the first instance.

Just wondering, if your phone has a protective case that might be too close to the lens, but do follow @Viridis suggestions

I don't have a protective case so why do I have this quality? is it a technical problem (inside my phone)?
