Tried to make dumping before factory settings. Three times changed a sim card. Reinsertion last official firmware. In shop suggest to send phone to Moscow (1800km) for 45 days for the expert opinion. Very small chance that phone will break at the time of check by his expert. And phone will be sent back. These can be engaged in years. We in the city have a guarantee workshop of "Sony" but they can only do firmware or also send to Moscow for the same 45 days. What to do? I am very upset! Based on your post, are you saying that when you don't have network coverage you are not able to hear anything while on a call? 

whenever you enconter this issue go to 

settings > about phone > status > signal strength and post the results here

also

settings > power management > battery > tap on the graph > take a screenshot and post it here.

Not, phone is generally work properly. But 1-3 time of day it freeze, and no any sound, no phone application, no call. After reset is work again.

No sound is mean no notification, no alarm, no any sound. Network coverage is good, I have problem with defective phone.

My local support is 1800km from my region. And 45 days for post service. Defect is 1-3 time on day, and very small chance that expert see it.
