Z3C problem

Hi,

2 days ago something happened with my Z3C I got stucked one day, and I could not turn it off, it was just not reacting so on the internet I have found the trick with pushing a UP volume and turn off buttom at the same time, it will three times vibrate and turn off the phone.

After I have started it, it got seriously overheated really fast, without any brithness at all, no applications turned on even with stamina option on.

Even though I left the phone locked (display off) for like an hour it was still hot as ....
From 70 % of battery it dropped to 40% in one hour or less, and I had the display turned off.

I could not start camera, neither snapchat or even ALBUM, after start of those applications it just got stucked, you have to close app and so on...

I have put it back into original state (industrial version or how is it called), and actually it did NOT help, its still the same, phone out of 100% of battery gets two the zero while im sleeping so no alarm on it (that really my day) .

IT even cracked my back glass.

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with it? I hope that they will tell me that they are not able to exchange this phone (have it for 2 months) cause of the crack.

@Hegy

I'm sorry to hear that, it was probably an app acting up, check

settings > power management > battery > you should be able to see what has been draining the battery

as for the cracked screen, contact your local Xperia care

Hi,

Thank you for your answer, It had deleted all the apps already, now I have put it to the original state for second time, no apps downloaded, I left it for 15 minutes (83% baterry at that time) now either the phone is stucked cannot be unlocked or even turned off, so again up volume plus the button, and then I can turn it on, there is something seriously wrong with this.

After I have turned it on again it says 81% battery so the battery holds but what the .... is wrong with this phone getting stuck all the time right now?
