Fine scratches

I have noticed some uber fine scratches on the rear of my Z3+. Any recommendations on removing/filling/polishing them out?

Tried that. Although things improved, it di not really remove the scratches. I have since bought some plastic film to put over the rear. It sort of hides the scratches...
