Z3 Dual mobile data issue

Mobile data ofter disconnects if both sim cards are enabled and data on 1st sim. It's I disable 2nd sim, data works without any issue.
Also vibrate on call connect doesn't work.
All these issues starts after I update to Build 23.5.A.0.575
