Z3 Do Not Disturb Problem

Hi ,, 

would you please help me 

I have Z3 D6633

I updated it to 6.0.1 months ago

after this update I had a serious problem with sound

when I turn off Do Not Disturb mode , it doesn't off untill I restart the phone

there is no sound even if I make prioity to allow calls

sometimes , when I plug on headphones and then plug off , the same problem 

the problem continoue untill I restart the phone

I tried to Volume Up the phone and I tried airplane mode ,, nothing changed

Can you please help me

I'm very sorry for the late reply. I'm afraid that the bug report you provided didn't show anything related to what you are experiencing. Slightly_frowning_Face

The next time you experience this you could try creating a new automatic rule for Do Not Disturb in Settings > Sound & Notification > Do Not Disturb. Make sure that it is a Time rule, then set the start time to be a time of the day that has already passed. The End time should then be a few minutes into the future. Make sure that the rule is On, then let the End time pass and try receiving a call to see if you get sound now.

I understand your frustration. Slightly_frowning_Face Based on what has been done before this I would recommend you to have to device examined by an authorised service center as the next step. You can contact your Local support team if you need help proceeding with this.

I have a suggestion. I found that using certain ringtones on Zedge come out way louder than any preinstalled that come with the phone. There is definitely a huge difference when I use downloaded ringtones.

We don't have local support ..
If sony online team support didn't find what's the problem .. Then who can find !!!!
