Z3 Do Not Disturb Problem

Hi ,, 

would you please help me 

I have Z3 D6633

I updated it to 6.0.1 months ago

after this update I had a serious problem with sound

when I turn off Do Not Disturb mode , it doesn't off untill I restart the phone

there is no sound even if I make prioity to allow calls

sometimes , when I plug on headphones and then plug off , the same problem 

the problem continoue untill I restart the phone

I tried to Volume Up the phone and I tried airplane mode ,, nothing changed

Can you please help me

So is this the same problem as before? Have you set up smart connect or other app to do something when you connect a headset?

Yes sir .. It is the same problem..
I use bluetooth to connect with my LGHBS730 bluetooth headphones and add it as trusted device ..

Hi @MarwaSa,

Would it be possible for you to provide a bug report that captures this? I can then forward it for investigation.

To do this:

1. Go to Settings > About phone > Build number, tap 7 times on the build number.
2. Go back and select Developer options then turn on "USB debugging".
3. Select Logger buffer size and change it to "4 M"
4. Restart your phone, then wait for this to happen again
5. Go back to Settings > Developer options, select "Take bug report".

When the report is ready you will receive a notification. Tap the notification to share it. I suggest you upload it to Google Drive and then choose to share a public link to the upload and include the link in the PM. Please also include your device's IMEI in the PM.

What you're experiencing is quite odd and it's hard to find the cause since it seems to happen somewhat randomly. Hopefully a bug report will help explain what is happening.
