z2 rotation problem

Hello guys i read about this before but i can't fix this. My phone won't rotate and when i take pictures they rotate in the album. I try safe mode, factory reset and it didn't work. Pls help, ty

Does your phone has a magnetic case?

Try using Sony PC Companion to repair the phone.

Check autorotate in quick settings, turn it on, to be able to rotate screen.

Ty guys but phone just get fix by itself, i don't know how but it's now working fine

Welcome to the community.

The first thing I would suggest with the speakers is checking to see if this is a potential hardware problem. To use Xperia Diagnostics

Go to Settings > About phone > Diagnostics.

Tap Test device.

Select the Gyroscope

Follow the on-screen instructions.

If it fails the test have a chat with your contact your Local support team as it will need to be serviced.
