Please make sure that you are entering the IMEI number without any hyphens ( - ), it should be entered with only numbers. Otherwise, could you send me a PM with your IMEI number and I'll check from here?
i send this imei no. and it says not valid IMEI... The Chrger slot and SD card slot cover is loose.. i bought my z3 compact for only 2 weeks... help me to fix it.. what should i do?

There should be no requirement for you to add the IMEI to the website for a warranty claim, simply call the Sony Mobile Customer Care line, they will be able to help.
