z2 poor camera quality

I bought a z2 two days ago, and I am disappointed with the camera , when I take a pic and then zoom into any object, it looks like it's painted , it's not sharp at all, I even took a photo with a s4 and when I zoomed in objects were sharper, I tried manual and changed the resolution and it's not that good, what can I do?

Are you zooming in ? if you are, how much are you zooming? is the lens scratched?

No I didn't zoom in before taking the photo, I meant after taking the photo, and the lens is not scratched

Zoom into this and see, lt looks like it's ppainted, and that's using 20.7 resolution

Are you using flash? indoor pictures or outdoor?

I use flash in night or indoor if there's no enough light

Does your phone has a protective case? film? dirty lens?

I have a protective case but I tare it off when I take pictures,  and the lens in not dirty
