any idea whats happen after few times press power button screen working fine but when is dark and press power buttom then screen little change white and you must press camera buttom then change screen normal and you can press pin code I no idea why like this. Standard quarante include this fixing or this is problem witch new software lolipop 5.0.2

Try performing a system repair using PC Companion as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone and erase all data so best to backup before you begin

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

You may need to perform a software repair using PC Companion.The process will erase all internal memory.You might need to charge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 60% battery.

Make sure the device is not connected to computer or laptop and turned off (sometimes you have to press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times or on some devices you have to press the small button near the SIM tray or on the back of the device).

Open PC companion->support zone->phone/tablet software update->repair my phone/tablet blue highlighted.Follow the steps given,do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable. If PC companion does not start the repair process, you might need to run it in compatibility mode with Windows 7 (in some cases XP).

If that fails then I'm sorry to hear this but you would need to either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care and have your device inspected http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/ as it then sounds like a hardware issue and not software

hi i using PC Companion but nothing change still this same now not startnig just screen litle white and sound only this Im never more using repair centre using last time and charg me too much for nothing and phone taken from three when I been last time send me to sony if I have problem last time its been fixing because its been bent and this is not included standard guarantee and charge me and now i not like using this service again and i dont now this is included my guarantee

What about pressing the yellow OFF botton next to the sim tray and turning it back on? 

If this doesn't work try pressing power botton + volume down while its OFF

Also,  when the device starts does the SONY XPERIA logo show normal and the powered by android

hi im press yelow buton phone switch off and when on show logo sony but when Im touch screen then jump or stop or show like on first picture what Im uploadthen not sure this is problem witch software but hardware and I dont now why happen like that phone never drop on the floor this is possible self

Yeah do what thommo said,  sony has no right to tell you to pay without giving a reason of the problem.  Send the device to sony or the place of purchase and tell them to investigate what is the problem with the screen,  also has it ever been exposed to water? Also if the pc companion didn't fix the issue i guess hardware and you cant fix it yourself or by any reset.
