Xperia Z3 Left Screen Border

I am wondering if anyone else has this issue. With my Z3, when I move my apps around on the homescreen, when I try to move apps to the left, it won't let me. I can only move it to the left side if I go all the way to the bottom and then to the left.

Are you using another home launcher?

Have you downloaded any other home launcher from the playstore? 

you can also try this

settings > apps > all > Xperia Home > clear data > restart the phone > check again.
