xperia z2 unlockbootloader instructions

i have a sony xperia z2 black

i did everyththing (i think) until the 13th step i didn't really understunt what should i do at 13th but i did everything until step 16th and in cmd screen i there is a problem. i try to write instructions and o get the point until see my devices connect but there is writing''waiting for devices'' i couldn't fix it by myself i tried for 2 days please help me i have registration code there is one more step to unlockbootloader but i cannot do it please.

There is an easier method

If you want Root then try Towelroot which may root your phone leaving your bootloader locked but if you really want to root with an unlocked bootloader then Google Flashtools, Download and install then Run - Click on BLU at the top and with your phone switched off hold volume down and connect via USB - Not the back button as seen on Flashtools then as instructed enter your Bootloader unlock key you recieved from Sony and voila job done
