Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

You might not be able to remove all pre-installed apps provided by your provider. Swipe your finger from left to right while in the main menu to open up the settings for menu, and then tap uninstall. You will now be able to uninstall some apps.

To remove the Google account, open up Settings > Accounts > Google > [your Google account] > Menu button > Remove account.
