Xperia Z2 speakers and ear speakers won't sound

Hi, recently my Xperia Z2 suffers a speaker issue... they won't sound. I don't know why it happened. It has been 5 hours. This happened after i switch off the alarm and then plugged it to charge... Then i do some diagnostics... i ran Stereo SPEAKER test and it didn't produce any sound... then when i ran EAR SPEAKER test it freeze my system and even restarts... After restarted i tried to run the EAR SPEAKER test again... but still it freeze  and restart my system again... Could someone give me the solution please...?

Yes, ringtone volume, media volume, and alarm volume are turned up to full

but why everytime i run ear speaker test from diagnostic and service menu, my system just freezes and restart itself?

Try again but in >>> safe mode

I' ve tried it in safe mode... when i ran Ear Speaker test in diagnostic or service menu it crashed my system and made my UI stopped working... when i try Microphone test in diagnostic it says the Support app stopped working and in service menu the mic test said failed to start recording..

I'm on. 575 firmware

Also when i play videos it just play until tha last 2 seconds and it just stops there, not finishing the playback

Ooow seems Google Now App is the culprit.. So i uninstalled its latest update -> disabled -> re enabled it -> restart system.. Then it works again...
