Xperia Z2 charger cover piece loose?

So i've had my z2 for about 3 weeks, suddenly the dust protector protecting the charger port and sim card keeps falling out whenever its in my pocket?! What gives?!

I also found the flap loose problem on Xperia Z2.

When I close it, just for awhile it came out and opened again.

I do some research on the internet and my own experiment.

For me the best one is to check how you close the flap.

The correct way to close it is by let the small link of the flap in the socket first

then pressing any other part to close it.

Why this solution working, it is because the reason the flap came loose causing by small link is not properly enter the socket. So it pushes back against the flap and causing loosen problem. 

Hope this solution work on your case.

Same problem & the only solution I was given was to send my phone to Sony centre in America

I have exactly the same problem, also the only other gripe I have is the placement of the starter button and volume because I have large hands 👐 I find that I am either turning the device 📴 or interfering with the audio. I used to think highly of Sony, which is a shame!

It doesn't matter how I close it, I always close it cautiously and through Hanzoro's method but is still gets loose after a while..

Guys the usb flap just opened under water when i was cleaning it and eveen the flaps where 3 months old they opened

water went inside not to much but enouph for 3 restart cause not detecting sim and sd card errored and must be manage

clean repair again

The camera glass is full of like smoked from water heat evaporation 

But phone i think works just fine 

do you have any tip for the issue i had plz help me

Hi, simmos007 ! I've also had problems with the flap cover loosening up, but all of a sudden it's not sooo loose anymore now. Other people suggest cleaning it after a period with a Q-tip to get the dust off...
