My Z2 phone which I have brought on June-2014 was automatically heated up during talking & back glass cover has been damaged/blast yesterday. Within 2 year of application if sony phone will be damaged like that then how could customers will belive on sony mobile.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience, but sadly we can't help you with maintenance and warranty issues here on this forum, as these matters are handled locally. The only option you have is to contact Local support.
Bear in mind that a glass panel can crack due to lots of reasons, excessive heat might or might not be the cause of your case. Let a professional inspect your phone to know what happened there exactly.

I'm really sorry to hear about what happened to your phone but as @Quester said your best course of action is to have your phone sent to and examined by an authorized service centre. As service procedures vary on a local level I'd recommend contacting your local support team for information on how to have your device sent in.
