Hi! I have a very strange case by the mobile data sending out under the "Disable" setting.
1. I brought a new XA for my child at this June 2016. At the starting to setup the XA, already "Disable" the Mobile Data usage. And only use the home WiFi only.
2. At this past months, we feel the Mobile fee is higher then previous month's. Until to the three days before, we found out a very very strange case happens with the Mobile service company. The XA Android System by pass the WiFi and forced to use the Mobile Data. Please remember that the Mobile Data still disable setting.
3. After communicated with the service company supporting staff, we tried to made a virtual APN to force the Mobile Data malfunction. Unfortunately, the Android System still used the Mobile Data. Please see the photos attached.
Does someone know about this matter? It is caused by any antivirus or some hackers?

If you are sending and receiving MMS that will go through data not WiFi.
May be more details as follow for yours help to solve this interesting case.
1. I discussed with the telecommunications company staff (TCS), and Sony Hong Kong customer service (CS) staff, they are both to said that if I disable the Mobile Data setting in XA, it will not to generate any data pass through the sim card's by sending or receiving data. If I use the message function, it will use the telephone service only. And I cannot found out any record in the MMS.
2. The TCS request me switched the sim card to another mobile phone to make sure the problem not caused by the sim, so I tried to use another brand mobile phone with OS 4.3. The result is no any data happen under the Disable Mobile Data setting.
3. Those problem data happen at the mid night or early morning, nobody use the phone. Please know that the XA is new purchase and open box in front of us.
4. The interesting point is that I already locking the door (Mobile Data Disables) , the Android System still can use it. I just afraid it is the back door in all of XA.
