Xperia Z1 USB Flap

Hi all,

I am having a similiar issue that most Z1/Z1s users have been facing its the USB Flap issue it seems to have been really loose now and it really **bleep**. I really like the phone and have not really have had problems. Is there any solution on how I can get it fixed?

Your only options are to either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care as we are a user led support forum and can't do anything for you in regards to issues like this http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

You could also perform a DIY and buy these parts and fit them yourself a guide on how can be found on Youtube

I'd contact Xperia Support I guess i hope it gets resolved or I wouldn't ever buy another Xperia honestly T_T

Yep, really bad quality phones and they sell them as good ones
