keeps restarting

My Sony Xperia M dual keeps restarting whenever i use BSNL 3G sim.Ii bought the sim two days ago and my phone restarts whenever i turn the sim on. It restarts automatically. There is no such problem when i turn the sim off.There is no overheating. please help.

Your symptoms would appear to be caused by an issue with your sim card - Often caused because the sim has been cut down to size or bad contacts either in the phone or on the sim card
