Xperia Z1 Problem

PROBLEM: My Z1 won't turn on!

When I plug it to its charger, it boots up and loads the SONY logo, even until the battery - but when I hold down the power button, during that state of charge, it would vibrate three times and shut down.

When I plug it to the computer, the LED light would be the only thing turning on; to the color blue.

OMG WHAT'S HAPPENING. SOMEBODY HELP ME

Check your volume up button isn't stuck as this is what seems to be the problem - Having the Volume up button stuck and pressing the power key will result in the 3 vibrations and the Blue LED to indicate Flashmode when a USB is connected
